Speaking of the kiddos, I have a recipe that will make your little ones happy: Crispy Fish Sticks!

They’re ten times healthier than the ones you might find in the freezer section of your grocery store, they are simple and, of course, gluten-free!

I made these for my brother, Isaac, last week when he was staying with us and he absolutely loved them. The best part? It gave me an excuse to indulge in a completely kid-like dinner –– these fish sticks paired with gluten-free mac ‘n’ cheese. I did, however, squeeze in a side of sautéed spinach (Isaac wasn’t feeling it).
