As a journalist, I’ve learned a lot of lessons, one being that if you don’t have the answers, then you had better ask the person who does. And ask the right questions!

I’m the first to admit I don’t know everything, and that’s why I’ve decided to host an occasional feature where I talk to the experts who know a thing or two about health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, cooking and whatever else we might dig up.

So, tune in every now and then for my “Q&A” series and you just might find the answers to the questions you’ve had brewing for far too long!

Hi! What do you use to grind your own flour? Can you grind brown rice superfine? Is it comparable to the authentic foods superfine brown rice flour? Thanks, Peggy

Dear Caroline,I’m very excited that I found you on you tube with recipes for gluten and dairy free. Is there a set recipe to substitute eggs for baking, in one of your recipes you used ground flax seed and hot water.
